Refund & Returns Policy

At Samwha DSP, we are committed to delivering high-quality solar and electrical accessories to our customers. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a clear and fair return and refund policy to ensure your peace of mind.

Products purchased from Samwha DSP can be returned within 7 days of the delivery date, provided they are unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by the original packaging, invoice, and all accessories. To initiate a return, you must contact our customer support team via email or WhatsApp within the return window, clearly mentioning the reason for the return and attaching proof (images or video) if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If the return is approved, the refund will be processed using the original method of payment within 7–14 business days. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong or defective product delivered).

Refunds will not be issued for products that show signs of use, physical damage, or tampering. Customized or special order items are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival. In the case of products purchased during sales or promotions, only replacement is applicable, not refunds.
